Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If you order several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs. We do not refund extra costs that arise because you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of sending them back, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us about your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. To make your return easier, please contact us first at info@tccanit.eu. We will then give you the return address that suits your shipment best, either our returns centre in Slovakia or our address in Latvia.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling them beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. For example, a candle that has been lit, or a reed diffuser that has been opened and used, can no longer be returned at full value, and we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

3. How to return a product

Email info@tccanit.eu with your order number and the items you want to return.
We reply with the return address and any instructions.
Pack the items securely, ideally in the original packaging. Glass jars, salt lamps and candles break easily.
Send the parcel with tracking and keep the receipt.

4. Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. This does not limit your statutory rights. We cover the cost of returning or replacing items that are faulty or wrongly sent.
