Shipping policy

We ship to 24 EU countries. Delivery is free above a minimum order value that depends on your country. Below that value, a flat shipping fee applies. All prices include VAT.

The order value is the total of the products in your cart after any discounts. The exact shipping cost is shown in the checkout before you pay.
Dispatch. Orders are shipped from our logistics partner's warehouse in the EU, usually within 1–2 working days of payment. If an order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost to you.
Delivery time. Estimated delivery times after payment, in working days (Monday to Friday):

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays can occur during holidays and in the weeks before Christmas.
Tracking. You receive an email with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
Customs. All destinations are inside the EU, so no customs duties or import fees apply.
Where we do not deliver. We do not deliver to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira, Ceuta, Melilla, Cyprus, Malta or outside the EU. At the moment we also do not deliver to Germany.
Damaged parcels. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the carrier if possible and email us a photo at info@tccanit.eu. See our Right of withdrawal & Returns policy for faulty or wrong items.
