Consumer dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can turn to the Consumer Disputes Resolution Commission of the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC), www.ptac.gov.lv. We take part in out-of-court dispute resolution as required by Latvian law. Consumers in other EU countries can also get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
